The Cooper George Apartments, a historic building in Spokane’s medical district, has undergone a remarkable transformation. Originally constructed in 1952, this thirteen-story mid-rise now offers 144 modern apartments while preserving its historical charm.

Originally designed by architects Whitehouse & Price, the Cooper George Apartments were initially developed by J.L. Cooper and Henry George.
